If you are looking for friendly, dependable and professional, you will find all that and more when you work with Pat.  With a background in Finance, insurance, and property management, Pat puts his clients at ease with his wealth of knowledge and people pleasing attitude.  Real estate was the logical next step in Pat’s Career, as he already has helped several people in Peterborough find homes in the many rental units he manages. Pat came to Peterborough 20 years ago from Mississauga and found himself at home in this community.  Now residing in Havelock with his wife and 2 children, Pat loves the small-town life he has created, including being a part of the local volunteer fire department.  Helping people is what Pat is all about.
